Paris, FranceMarrakech completely stole my heart. I spent four days wandering the souks in the Medina, getting pleasantly lost every single time. The smell of spices, leather, and orange blossom hits you the moment you step outside. I stayed in a small riad near Jemaa el-Fnaa and drank mint tea on the rooftop every evening watching the sun set over the rooftops. Coming back for sure.

Austin, USAI've traveled a lot, but nothing prepared me for the energy of Jemaa el-Fnaa at night, snake charmers, food stalls, storytellers, musicians, all in one square. The food alone is worth the trip: tagines, fresh orange juice for pennies, and the best grilled meat I've ever had at the night market. Marrakech is chaotic in the best possible way.
